【Ingredient】Sweet Potatoes, modified starch, corn starch, sart,edible glucose,edible vegetable oil, food additive

 (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate).

【Class】Preimer grade

【Cooking Direction】Put 3/8 sweet potato straight French fries into 173-176 Celsius oil pan, deep-fry for about 2 minutes to 2’30 minutes until             product is crispy, do not over cook.

【Storage】Product needs be stored in below -18℃ temperature controlled storage, with no more than 2℃ fluctuation. Away from walls and ground.

【Expiration】Product is good for 24 months if stored under -18℃ condition.
